“What in the World is an Innovative Club?”

Carrie Gray is District 7630's Innovative Club Advocate (ICA) and Assistant Governor for Area 10. She's been a Rotarian for 13 years and an active member of the Rotary Club of Wilmington where she served as President during Rotary Year 2023-2024. During her tenure, the club formed its IMPACT companion club and since then the Wilmington club's membership has experienced net growth of almost 40%. In her role as District 7630 ICA, Carrie works with clubs throughout the district to help them identify and find innovative strategies to grow their membership, thereby growing their impact in their communities and ensuring future sustainability for their clubs. |
